What time will my room be ready for check-in?
The check-in time at our hotel is 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we can hold your luggage until your room is available. If you have any questions or requests about your check-in or check-out time, which is at 12:00 PM, please contact the front office for more information.
What are your booking and cancellation policies?
Reservations can be made online or by phone. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Is Wi-Fi complimentary at your hotel and restaurant?
Our hotel and restaurant offer free Wi-Fi with full coverage. We also provide a free internet point that is accessible 24 hours a day for our customers. You can access it in the reception, lobby area, poolside, and restaurant.
What types of cooking classes or culinary experiences do you provide, and how do I enroll in them?
We provide cooking classes for local food experiences and Cambodia rice wine tastings (Sweet Sra Sor). To register, customers can either go to our website or call our front desk for more details on schedules and availability.
How can I reserve a table or private dining room at your restaurant?
Reservations can be made through our website or by calling the restaurant directly. For private dining, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Is parking available at the hotel or restaurant?
It’s free, and you can park in front, inside, or nearby our hotel. And our restaurant is conveniently located downtown, with ample parking available nearby.
