Isann Lodge has created a FAQ section featuring the most commonly asked questions about our properties and restaurants. If your question isn’t listed, we are more than happy to address any inquiries to ensure your stay is as relaxing and your meal as enjoyable as possible.

The check-in time at our hotel is 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we can hold your luggage until your room is available. If you have any questions or requests about your check-in or check-out time, which is at 12:00 PM, please contact the front office for more information.

Reservations can be made online or by phone. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our hotel and restaurant offer free Wi-Fi with full coverage. We also provide a free internet point that is accessible 24 hours a day for our customers. You can access it in the reception, lobby area, poolside, and restaurant.

We provide cooking classes for local food experiences and Cambodia rice wine tastings (Sweet Sra Sor). To register, customers can either go to our website or call our front desk for more details on schedules and availability.
